The food showcase in its entirety is under the Supervision of the RCBC (Rabbinical Council of Bergen County) which is recognized for it’s long-standing reputation for upholding the highest standards of kashrus in New Jersey and it’s communities.

All our meats are with a Chasidishe Shechita including -

Shechitat Beit Yosef –Glatt Chalak under the Sephardic Beit Din of America

At any given time one can find meats under -

Nirbater, KAJ, Rabbi Weismandel, Crown Heights/Lubavitch Hashgacha

And our fresh poultry - aaron’s, nature’s best , vineland , empire under the various hashgachas of CRC, KAJ, OU, Crown Heights Beis Din, Margaretan.....

All products in the store carry nationally recognized supervisions and any items under Individual supervision are thoroughly checked by RCBC.
